You do not need to create an account before you place an order. Upon placing the order, your account will be created with either your phone number or email address (whichever you decide to use).
How do I create an account?
Do I need a doctor referral to order a test?
We provide the doctor’s or physician's order that is required for the testing. Your lab requisition form will be available in your account after you have placed an order. Simply print out the form and take it to the lab you selected at your earliest convenience. If you do not have access to a printer, you can also fax the requisition directly to the lab.
Do you accept health insurance?
No. We do not accept health insurance and your test results are not placed on your medical record. Occasionally, health insurance companies will reimburse individuals for health testing. You can contact your health insurance company to find out if they will reimburse you after testing.
How accurate are the tests?
HealthLabs.com offers the same CLIA-approved labs that your doctor uses. The tests are administered the same way and the accuracy of the results is the same. You can even share the results with your doctor and they will be regarded as equal to any test results they have ordered in the past.
When will I get my results?
Lab results are typically available in your account in 1-3 business days. Some results may take longer depending on the type of test you ordered.
