We don't accept health insurance, and that's on purpose. Paying another way keeps your testing off insurance claims and out of your medical record. You're always free to share your results with your doctor if you choose.

Can insurance reimburse me?

Sometimes. Some insurers reimburse members for lab testing they paid for themselves. Check with your insurance company first, then submit your itemized receipt once your results are in.

Discreet billing

Charges appear on your statement as ANALYTE HEALTH. Nothing on your statement mentions HealthLabs or the test you ordered.

Can I use my HSA or FSA card?

Yes. Pay with your HSA or FSA card at checkout, the same way you'd use a debit card.

Can I order and pay by phone?

Yes. Call 1-800-579-3914 and our team can place your order and take payment over the phone.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Checkout is encrypted and PCI-compliant, and once your services are complete we don't store your personal or financial information.

Will I pay anything extra at the lab?

No. The price you pay at checkout covers your test and your lab visit. If your results call for a reflex (follow-up) test, any reflex fee is charged to your payment method on file.

What if I need a refund?

You can cancel before your lab visit and within 21 days of purchase for a refund, minus a 20% cancellation fee. After 21 days, orders can't be refunded, but you can convert an unused order into credit toward a future purchase. See our Terms of Service for full details.
